We love working with those who are new to yoga! In fact, some of our most memorable and rewarding experiences have come from working with beginners. If you are new to yoga and have a desire to learn about the history, philosophy, proper breathe control, and proper alignment for YOUR body, contact us. We would be honored to share the practices with you. It's best not to jump into a fast paced, group class where you will receive little to none one on one attention as this increases the likelihood of injury. Rather, let us help you achieve your personal goals and help you learn exactly what your individual body requires so you can cultivate a strong and safe practice for which you will feel confident in group classes.
