About the Event
This program has been designed for those who already have existing knowledge of pranayama and for those who have been teaching or practicing for some time.
Throughout the program we will dive into the therapeutic aspects of pranayama, the science behind the practice, and how to design sequences which address common health concerns, prevent illnesses and diseases and ultimately empower us to transform our breath into a powerful form of self healing.
We will discuss pranayama as it relates to the treatment and prevention of psychosomatic illnesses such as depression and anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, high blood pressure, also sequencing to aid with weight loss, assist in weight gain, pranayama during pregnancy and for postpartum recovery. We will also explore sequencing for improving memory and sharpening of the mind....
Join us over 6 days as we spend approx 10 hours diving deep into the subject matter of pranayama. Learn how to transform your breath into the most powerful form of self healing.

-6 days, 1.5 hours per day + optional 15 min Q&A
-live online classes lead by Guru Ji & Shara via Zoom
-tuition is $225
-past students will receive a discount of 10%

- Opportunity for existing Yoga alliance certified teachers to register these hours as 10 CE contact hours to satisfy your 3 year requirement for Continuing Education Credits.
